We’ve just taken delivery of a huge pile of stamps from the lovely ladies at Hathern WI. Could you donate your used stamps? We can recycle your used stamps into funds for Steps, just keep an envelope or bowl by the door and rip off your stamps as you open your letters, once you’ve got a pile to donate just drop them to us. Remember to put a note in with your name so we can say thank you! If you’ve collected stamps but would struggle to get them to us please get in touch and we may be able to arrange to collect them. Thank you Hathern WI for your continued support 😊 … See more
We’re setting our Steps children and families a challenge and as friends of Steps you could get involved too! Over half term choose one task that you would like to learn or something you would like to practise and get better at. Blowing bubbles, drinking from a straw, sitting independently or even eating broccoli 😊 No matter how big or small, there is a challenge for everyone, make sure you get your families involved too! Over the next 4 weeks practise, practise, practise. Make sure you get your parents to video you or photograph your achievements and share them with us. During Conductive Education Awareness week we will be celebrating everyone’s achievements. Remember to use the hashtags #thesekidsCAN #ConductiveEducation and #FamilyChallenge21 when sharing across social media and tag Steps in your post too! This is all about celebrating achievements and working together to achieve our goals. If you wish you could ask people to sponsor you, they could make a donation to our JustGiving page here: https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/stepsfamilychallenge We can’t wait to see what ideas you all come up with and to celebrate together because we know our Steps Superstars, families and friends definitely CAN! #thesekidsCAN … See more
